Tracy Diamonds is the founder and CEO of Saint Tracy, Africa's largest gold and diamond retailer, with stores across Nigeria, Ghana, and London. She is also the founder of Tracy Business School, where she has trained over 1,000 Nigerian entrepreneurs to restructure their businesses, plug financial leaks, and finally pay themselves properly from the companies they have built.
Tracy holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, and has spent over a decade refining the exact structures she teaches inside this course. She has personally walked through every restructuring decision she now teaches, from rebuilding operations to redesigning financial systems to learning how to take real money out of a growing business without breaking it.
She teaches what she has actually built. No theory. No fluff. Just the practical structure that turns busy Nigerian businesses into genuinely profitable ones.
