1. Our Refund Position
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
Tracy Diamonds does not offer refunds on any digital product, course, ebook, template, consulting session, training, or service. All sales are final.
We have set this policy because:
- Our digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed.
- Our consulting and training sessions involve time, preparation, and resources allocated specifically to you once payment is confirmed.
- The value of our products and services is delivered upon delivery or session start, regardless of how the customer chooses to use them afterwards.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this no refund policy.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include ebooks, courses, templates, SOPs, JDs and KPIs, policy packs, manuals, and any downloadable or online accessible content.
Once payment is received and access is granted, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products under any circumstances.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@tracydiamonds.com within seven days of purchase and we will resolve it. Technical access issues are not grounds for a refund. They are grounds for support until the issue is fixed.
3. Consulting Sessions and Training
Consulting sessions include Clarity Calls, Personalized Structure Sessions, and Business Structure Done For You engagements. Trainings include in person and virtual staff training sessions.
Once payment is confirmed, the booking is final. We do not offer refunds for consulting sessions or trainings.
4. Cancellations
There are no cancellations. Once a session, training, or engagement is booked and paid for, the booking cannot be cancelled.
You are welcome to reschedule under the conditions below.
5. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. We allow rescheduling under the following terms:
- One reschedule is allowed per booking. You may reschedule a session, training, or appointment one time only.
- You must request the reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be treated as a no show.
- No shows are forfeited. If you do not show up to a scheduled session without rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance, the session is considered delivered. No refund or further rescheduling will be offered.
- After your one reschedule, the appointment is final. A second reschedule request results in the appointment being cancelled and the payment forfeited.
To reschedule, email info@tracydiamonds.com with your booking details and your preferred new date.
6. Out of Scope Work
If your engagement requires services outside the originally agreed scope, additional charges will apply. We will inform you of the additional fees in writing before any extra work begins.
7. Logistics for Out of Port Harcourt Engagements
For physical Structure Sessions or Trainings held outside Port Harcourt, an additional fee covering accommodation and flight tickets applies. These logistics costs are stated separately and are also non refundable once travel is booked.
8. Exceptions
The only exceptions to this no refund policy are:
- Duplicate payments. If you accidentally pay twice for the same product or service, contact us within seven days with proof and we will refund the duplicate payment.
- Charges in error on our side. If we mistakenly charge you for a product or service you did not order, we will refund the incorrect charge.
These exceptions do not apply to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content quality.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or disputing a legitimate charge with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend your access to any digital products or accounts.
- Refuse future service.
- Take legal action to recover the disputed amount and any related costs.
