You start with a six hour Structure Session where every department of your company is reviewed and rebuilt, from finance and customer service to admin, inventory, and production. You walk away with clarity on your vision, your departments, your CEO workflow, and the systems your business should be running on.
From there, the team builds the full operating system your business has been missing. This includes a customized Staff Policy Handbook with 70 policies, 100 Standard Operating Procedures across every department, Job Descriptions and Key Performance Indicators for 12 core roles, and your complete Organizational Chart. You also get a recruitment toolkit covering Letters of Appointment, Offer Letters, Guarantor Forms, Bio data Forms, Non Compete and Non Disclosure Forms, Payroll Enrollment, and Staff Induction Checklists. If you run a product based business, you receive one month of access to inventory software to organize your stock.
Two packages are available. The Done With You package at N1,000,000 runs for approximately six weeks. The Done For You package at N3,000,000 runs for approximately nine weeks, with Tracy physically coming to your office and the team handling the entire build for you.
