The Extraordinaire Employee Training is a three hour hands on session where Tracy Uwom trains your team directly inside your office. She works with your managers and frontline staff to install the mindset, skills, and accountability frameworks that turn ordinary employees into extraordinary performers.
During the training, your team will learn how to think like a CEO, solve business problems without referring everything to you, and make sound decisions on behalf of the company. They will discover how to lead other team members, delegate properly, and motivate the team to hit sales targets consistently. The training is structured into three packages based on the size of your team. Up to 10 employees, 11 to 30 employees, and 31 to 50 employees. Each session runs for three hours and can be delivered at your office. Trainings outside Port Harcourt attract additional logistics fees covering accommodation and flight tickets.
